PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method of Smalldense LDL for measuring only the Smalldense LDL in a specimen specifically and with high sensitivity that is useful for diagnosing a type 2 glycogenosis for causing coronaria sclerosing heart disease and insulin resistance. SOLUTION: The measurement method of Small dense LDL features the presence of monovalent cation within a range of 0-310 mmol/L and/or divalent cation within a range of 0.1-500 mmol/L, and polyanion.
