PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and easily form a stable vegetation base inside a con crete frame built on a face of steep slope. SOLUTION: This is a planting method inside a concrete frame 2, 2, 2, 2 formed on a slope 1; support members 10a and 10b are constructed between concrete frame 2 and 2 on the slope; and a cage-shaped net fence member 9 formed to locate the side surfaces near the inner surfaces of the right and left concrete frames 2 and 2 is fixed to the support members 10a and 10b, and the vegetation base member 3 is filled inside the net fence member 9.
