PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an adhesive sheet which can effectively prevent damages to a sheet, such as a crack of a protective layer, under a low temperature environment and at the same time exhibits excellent protective effects (contamination resistance and weather resistance), and a marking film obtained by using the adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet 100 comprises a flexible support 1, an adhesive layer 3 arranged on the back surface of the support 1, and a protective layer 2 arranged on the surface of the support 1 and composed of a hydrophilized coating film which contains a cured resin and an inorganic oxide- based hydrophilizing agent. The support 1 comprises a layer containing a first polyurethane resin composed of a reaction product of a polyester polyol with a multifunctional isocyanate compound.
