PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items, machining man-hours, assembling man-hours, and the weight, and improve positioning accuracy of a slider. SOLUTION: A base end of a wiper arm is rotatably fitted to a circumferential edge of a window 12c that is opened and closed by elevating type glass 13, and a lever 17 is pivoted to a tip of the wiper arm. A blade rubber 18 is held by the lever 17 and is constituted so as to be able to abut on the surface of the glass 13. The slider 23 is protrusively provided in the lever 17 and a resinous lifter 24 is mounted to the circumferential edge of the window 12c. By engagement of the slider 23 with the lifter 24 while a wiper device 14 is not used, the blade rubber 18 is constituted so as to float from the surface of the glass 13. The slider 23 is formed of resin integrally with the lever 17.
