PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a usual automotive air conditioner that it lowers the output of an engine. SOLUTION: A waste heat recovering part 4 recovering the waste heat of an automobile is provided. The waste heat of the automobile having an abundant heat quantity is recovered by this part 4 and supplied to a generator 7 of absorption type refrigerating equipment 6, so as to accelerate a refrigerating function of an absorption type refrigerating cycle. As a result, the automotive air conditioner causing no lowering of the output of the engine 1 is realized.
