PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a blind at the window without scratching a wall or the like by installing the window without disturbing others, and utilizing a window installation space thereby permitting to replace obscure glass with clear glass. SOLUTION: A grooved rail 16 made of a U-shaped lateral groove is provided as a united construction at the indoor side of an upper lateral window frame 8a of a window 1c and suspended to the grooved rail 16 with two supports 50a attached, and a head box 40 of a window blind B5 is attached to the support 50a in a stationary state. A guide stopper 22a having an inner storage space 27 is fixed almost through the overall length of the right and left vertical window frames 12b and 12a of the window 1c, a vertical, long opening 25a is provided by communicating with the storage space 27 at one side surface 26b of the guide stopper 22a, and a pin 49a partially inserted to the storage space 27 is fixed to bottom caps 42a at both the ends of the bottom rail 42 provided at the bottom ends of the window blind B5.
