PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid powdery cosmetic containing uniformly dispersed cosmetic powder resistant to caking and having light apparent color with a simple operation in a short time. SOLUTION: The solid powdery cosmetic containing a cosmetic powder is produced by mixing a powder with a liquid component. It is produced by adding and mixing the liquid component to the powder and then adding and mixing another liquid component resistant to caking compared with the former liquid component.
