PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a reaction decreasing device for inhibiting rising of a body 1 with holding force of the vertical guide 31 wherein the body 1 rises by reaction in thread fastening but the rising of the body 1 can not be completely eliminated because of a short time for holding a screw 18 with the vertical guide 31. SOLUTION: Opening and closing of a pair of guides 22 holding a screw head part 29 are controlled by the relative position of a member to be fastened to the body, that is, guide pin parts 38 provided on the guides 22 close the guide by a stopper part 39 of a push lever 32 until the screw 18 is fastened to a designated depth, whereby the guides 22 hold the thread 18 until the thread 18 is immediately before the completion of thread fastening to restrain rising of the body 1 and prevent floating of the thread.
