PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacture method of magnetized fertilizer, humus soil in the form of chelatic organic acid-mineral complex, which offers high fertilizing force, promote plant growth and removes bad smell by mixing organic wastes, minerals and magnetites. CONSTITUTION: The magnetized fertilizer comprises the components of: organic wastes(food wastes, animal wastes and food byproducts) after removing impurities and salt, and dehydrating; 1-10wt.% of soil such as yellow earth, clay, earth, etc. for supplying soil microbes and minerals; minerals such as zeolite, vermiculite, quartz porphyry, phyllite, fired dolomite, etc. to be an inorganic/organic ratio of less than 0.8 after fermentation; 5-15wt.% of magnetic powder for decrease of bad smell, formation of organic acid-mineral complex like chelatic iron fulvate, and activation of soil microbes; bulking agents such as saw dust, rice hull, peat moss, dried sphagnum moss, bark, coconut peat, etc. for water control, promotion of porosity and control of C/N. The magnetized fertilizer is manufactured by mixing the above raw materials, aerobic fermenting in a tank(6) and mixing raw materials up and down by rotary mixer(7), and removing impurities. |
