PURPOSE: A device for controlling a multi data encoding by using a signal channel of a WLL is provided to increase a data rate without increasing a digital gain value in a forward channel of a W-CDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) WLL(Wireless Local Loop). CONSTITUTION: Multiplexing blocks(351,352,353,354) find out different bits between transmission-targeted traffic data by multiplexing many transmission-targeted data inputted to a WLL system, and encode the found bits to output the encoded bits. A traffic block(310) encodes data outputted from the multiplexing blocks(351,352,353,354), and forms a traffic channel. A processor(330) receives different bit information of the transmission-targeted data, and outputs signal data for controlling encoding operations of the multiplexing blocks(351,352,353,354) to the multiplexing blocks(351,352,353,354) and a signal block(320). The signal block(320) receives the signal data to form a signal I-channel and a signal Q-channel. A coupler(340) couples the traffic channel with the signal channels.
