PURPOSE: A device and a method for a pre-using service of a royalty point using a wireless communication network are provided to prevent a customer from losing a customer's right and merit for a thank-you system by using a wireless terminal having a service certification module for a pre-using service. CONSTITUTION: A network access processor(21) transmits a pre-using service registration response information to the wireless terminal and transmits the transaction approval information to the pre-using service member stores. A security management part(22) certifies the information from the network access processor(21) and transfers the encoded information to the network access processor(21). A pre-using service processor(23) generates a pre-using point account information of a member and the approval request information, and transfers the relating information to the security management part(22). A service providing company access processor(24) transfers the information from the service processor(23) to a service providing company(30) and transfers the response information to the service processor(23). A pre-using point management part(25) manages a pre-using point account database(26).
