PURPOSE: A contact/contactless CD card and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enable a card user to record predetermined data on a CD card, reproduce the data, and receive a contact service by manufacturing a contact CD card having a smart card IC on the front surface and the rear surface thereof. CONSTITUTION: A groove is formed by engraving a predetermined position of the front surface or the rear surface of a CD for storing data(S200). A transponder comprising an antenna and an RF IC is attached in the groove(S210). A protection film is attached at the upper portion of the transponder for protecting the transponder from an exterior(S220). A contact IC is loaded and attached in the groove of a surface which has not an attached transponder(S230).
