PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reset an error stop as to a form carrying mechanism for carrying an enclosure. SOLUTION: The form carrying mechanism 1 is provided with a carrying part 40 where an enclosure A to be enclosed in an envelope is thrown out and a main carrying part 10 extensively provided at the lower part of the carrying part 40 for carrying a form with the enclosure A thrown out from a hopper 30 in a stacked condition. The carrying part 10 is provided with a main carrying path side guide 12 for guiding the enclosure A sideways. The side guide 12 is provided with an opening/closing part 60 for freely opening and closing a part for guiding the enclosure A provided underneath the carrying part 40.
