<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail with a guide display part capable of being installed to any location while avoiding underground obstructions. SOLUTION: A pair of anchors 1 is embedded horizontally in a foot path. The lower end of a column 3 is fitted in each anchor 1 in such a way as to be relatively rotatable, and both are tightened by a screw member 4. A handrail rod 6 is detachably and slidably extended over the upper ends of the pair of columns 3, and the lower surfaces of the handrail rod 6 are fitted and fixed to recessed parts 5 of the columns 3. A braille plate 10 is provided on the upper surface of the handrail rod 6. Furthermore, a signboard 8 is fixed between the pair of columns 3 and the handrail rod 6, and both right and left sides of the signboard 8 are fitted and fixed to fitting grooves 7.</p> |
