PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle adjusting device capable of sufficiently securing the stroke of an adjusting wire without increasing a rotating angle of a throttle operation lever, and enlarging the shape of a main body even when the adjusting wire is mounted at a lower side of a grip. SOLUTION: The manually operatable throttle operation lever 5 is rotatably pivoted on a lower face side of a handle pipe 2, a tire holder 10 provided with a holding part 10a holding the adjusting wire 8 at its one end, and is rotatably pivoted on a case 3 at a side opposite to a pivot part 5c of the throttle operation lever 5 at the other end part 10b, a projecting part 11 formed on a drum holder 10 is made to abut on an arc-shaped guide wall 12 formed on the throttle operation lever 5, and the drum holder 10 is rotated by the rotating operation of the throttle operation lever 5 to operate the adjusting wire 8.
