To extract a stack of bags, from a chain of bag stacks, the bag stack (14) is gripped at a take-off station (26) by a robot arm (28) with grips. A spindle with an expanding peripheral surface, at the robot side, expands the hollow pin (16) so that the pin clamping flanges (18) are released. The bag stack is taken from the carrier belt (20) by the robot, to be laid on a table or a conveyor belt. |
