PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing the health information using diet foods are provided to offer the most suitable diet information to each user by totally evaluating the physical information based on the diet foods and a living pattern to the user buying the diet foods. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a web server(32), a homepage(34) and a database(40). The web server(32) includes an input information analyzing tool(31), a prescription producing tool(33), a diet diary generating tool(35) and a diet diary evaluating tool(37). The input information analyzing tool(31) produces a buying amount of the diet foods based on the input information provided by the user(10). The prescription data producing tool(33) produces the nutrition prescription data suitable for the user(10) based on an analysis result by using the diet foods and the exercise prescription data progressed with a nutrition prescription. The diet diary evaluating tool(37) evaluates a diet diary writing by the user(10) and provides the result to the user(10). |
