PURPOSE: A device for expanding the central hole of the internal inserted body of a cylindrical lithium battery and arranging terminals are provided, to reduce the inferiority of welding considerably and to inhibit the generation of error in bending and welding of terminals process. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a support bracket(41) placed at the lower part of a fixing plate(31); a solenoid(42) placed at the one side of the support bracket(41); and a meeting rod(43) placed at the lower part of the support bracket(41). The upper one part of the meeting rod(43) is set inside of the spindle(35) and is contact with the working pipe(38) lifting and lowering a fixing chuck(36); and the upper other part of the meeting rod(43) is contact with the lower part of the plunger(42a) of the solenoid(42). The hydraulic cylinder(44) is set at the upper part of the base plate(33) placed in the lower part of the spindle(35), and the lower part of the expansion pin(37) is contact with the one side of the lifting/lowering plate(45) contact with the working rod(44a) of the hydraulic cylinder(44), via the connection bracket(46).
