IN-MOLD INSERT FOR BLOW MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the fixing force of the plastic of a blow molded object and an insert 11. SOLUTION: The in-mold insert for blow molding is equipped with a first flange part 13 embedded in plastic on one end side of a shaft part 12 and a second flange part 14 provided at a position separated from the first flange part 13 of the shaft part 12. Projected lines 16 reaching the outer peripheries of the flange parts from the shaft part 12 are formed to the second flange part 14 on the side facing to the first flange part 13. A clip pin 15 is provided in order to fix the blow molded object to other member. When plastic is expanded toward the shaft part 12 from the region between the first and second flange parts 13 and 14 at the time of blow molding, air remaining therein escapes along the projected lines 16 and the plastic is sufficiently expanded toward the shaft part 12 to fill the space.
