PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such inconvenience that there are needs for detaching a water cup to remove the slag entering the inside of a nozzle from the injection opening of an oxygen-blowing nozzle in the conventional oxygen-blowing nozzle with the lower end of the oxygen-blowing nozzle located inside the water cup provided in the lower side of a carbon monoxide producer and shutting down the operation of the carbon monoxide producer during the slag-removing work, so as to deteriorate operation efficiency. SOLUTION: The lower end of the oxygen-blowing nozzle is provided with a cleaning hole, and the cleaning hole is exposed from the rear face of the water cup. Thereby, the removal of the slag can be done easily without detaching the water cup. Moreover, the slag-removing work is permitted without shutting down the carbon monoxide producer, so as to improve the operation efficiency of the carbon monoxide producer.
