METHOD FOR MOVING OBJECT BY USING HYDRAULIC PRESSURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating power without generating a pollutant to solve the problem of serious environmental destruction caused by the generation of the pollutant in conjunction with power generation. SOLUTION: A device is for horizontally moving an object 3 in liquid by using force from an external by using action of the hydraulic pressure or the like. (The object 3 is provided with gas 5 inside and has buoyancy to the liquid.). It is shown that the object 3 moves in the direction of an arrow H and stops when a wire 6 is pulled by using the force from the external. In such movement action of the object, movement of the liquid is also performed at the same time. An amount of the liquid in a water tank left from a center line moves to a right side of the center line shown in the Figure V after the movement, and potential energy is generated.
