PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actinic-radiation-curing composition not using a photopolymerization initiator causing a malodor during curing, the yellowing of a cured coating film, and elution from a cured coating film, not necessitating a thermally curing step, and being capable of being cured with a small dose of an ultraviolet radiation. SOLUTION: The actinic-radiation-curing resin composition contains a radically polymerizable compound having an energy of bond between a carbon atom and a hydrogen atom (C-H bond energy) of 272-314 kJ/mol and having at least one methine or methylene group, at least one radically polymerizable group, and at least one urethane bond.
