PURPOSE: A device for diagnosing the trouble of a power supply of a vehicle is provided to safely travel a vehicle by preventing the malfunctioning of every machinery and tools. CONSTITUTION: A device for diagnosing the trouble of a power supply of a vehicle comprises a regulator(10), a voltage distributing circuit(20), a filter circuit(30), a switching circuit(40), and a central processing unit(50). If an external voltage of zero is outputted from a Q2 terminal of the regulator due to an external trouble, the zero voltage is maintained to protect the regulator. Thereafter, a low voltage is applied to a DIS terminal of the regulator by using the central processing unit. Then, an external output voltage for operating an external device is outputted from the Q2 terminal of the regulator.
