PURPOSE: A tibia fixing device for cruciate ligament reconstruction is provided to facilitate an additional fixing work of a thread exposed out of a tibial tunnel after the fixation of the tibia. CONSTITUTION: In order to fix a thread protruded out of a tibial tunnel after the fixation of a tibia for cruciate ligament reconstruction, a pipe of one end open type, which has an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the tibial tunnel, is inserted into the tibial tunnel, and then the thread is pulled out of the interior of the pipe, and finally a clamp screw is used inside the pipe to fix the thread. In this way, it is possible to achieve the firm fixation of any metal content charged within the bone and to eliminate any additional bone boring method.
