PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid scattering preventing mechanism preventing scattering of liquid from a liquid tank to the outside, and a component attaching device having the liquid scattering preventing mechanism. SOLUTION: A first sealing member 151 having a circumferential external surface is provided on a first driving lever 118 inside a lubricating oil tank 127, and a second sealing member 152 having an arced face 152a is installed on the lubricating oil tank in correspondence to the first sealing member so as to form a sealing gap 153 preventing scattering of lubricating oil 128. The lubricating oil is filled in the sealing gap. By such a composition, scattering can be positively prevented all the more. As a result, quality degradation due to adhesion or the like of the lubricating oil on a printed circuit board or the like can be prevented and productivity can be improved.
