PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag making/filling machine with a deaerator which seals a bag opening in a condition where air in a bag is deaerated utilizing gas pressure as to a bag where a product, an item to be packaged, is filled. SOLUTION: The main part of a bag B where a product A is put in from a filling tube 20 of a bag making/filling machine is stored in a chamber 2 made of a pair of chamber cases 3, 3. In this condition, air in the inside of the bag B can communicate with a tubular packaging film F through a top opening part. By pressing the bag B in the chamber 2 by the pressure of pressurized air supplied to the chamber 2 through an air hose 6, air in the bag B is pushed out through the opening part for deaeration. The opening part of the bag B in a deaerated condition is sealed by a lateral sealing means 21 for completing a bag package body.
