PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle which has the air- conditioning function, and is devised considering the function in a heated condition, reduces the cost with a simple configuration, and easily simplifies the assembly, the maintenance, etc. SOLUTION: The air which is fed by a blower and passed through an evaporator is adjusted in the flow rate by an air-mix damper, a PCT heater is provided on a flow passage of the air which is passed through a hot water heater, and the sufficient calorie can be ensured by heating the air by the hot water heater and the PCT heater. Thus, the capacity of heating the inside of a cabin becomes affordable, the temperature in the cabin can be easily adjusted, other heaters need not be installed, the configuration is simplified, the assembly man hour is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
