PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: Ventilation equipment 20, the air conditioner 30 and a gaseous carbon dioxide separating device 40 are connected to a vehicle body 10. The gaseous carbon dioxide separating device 40 has a separating film 43, separates gaseous carbon dioxide from air within the vehicle and discharges gaseous carbon dioxide to the outside of the vehicle by a pressure reducing pump 57. As a result, ventilation amount by the ventilation equipment 20 can be reduced, and thereby air conditioning load can be remarkably reduced.
