PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a latex layer can readily be formed without producing a pinhole, etc., in the interior of a bag body having a relatively large texture when the thick latex layer is formed on the outer surface of the bag body, especially the latex layer is formed on the outer surface of a three-dimensional woven fabric. SOLUTION: This method for producing the latex bag body comprises forming the relatively thick latex layer on the outside of the bag body B having the relatively large texture. The method for producing the latex bag body is characterized as comprising steps of making a latex solution 7 flow down on the outer surface of the bag body B and a latex coagulating liquid 5 flow down on the inner surface of the bag body B. Thereby, the thick latex layer is formed on a part having the large texture and a thin latex layer is formed on a part having a small texture. The method has advantages in that the latex bag body having the latex layer having excellent airtightness without any pinhole formed on the outer surface can be produced.
