PURPOSE: A molding equipment of a flat panel is provided which forms an overpress prevention part(27) in a shell mold to effectively prevent the leakage of a glass gob by the overpress. CONSTITUTION: A molding equipment of the flat panel(40) comprises of: a lower mold(10) which molds the surface of one side in the flat panel for molding and a plumb in the flat panel; a plunger(30) which is placed to escalate against the lower mold, compress and shape the glass gob supplied on the lower mold; a shell mold(20) which is placed in an upper edge area of the lower mold, wraps an outer plumb part of the plunger and contains a bevel molding part(23) to form the bevel in the plumb of the flat panel.
