PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a paper spoon is provided to prevent environmental pollution and harmful material by manufacturing a spoon of paper with enhancing the strength, and to improve the reliability by washing fat easily with coating with polyethylene film. CONSTITUTION: A surface is coated by mounting a film(120) in both sides of pulp(110) material. The side of the mounted film is sterilized by heating, and a disk is formed with compressing the mounted film by a compression roller. The formed disk is heated with passing through a heat treatment passage, and sterilized. The formability is improved with the heat treatment. A paper spoon is formed by punching the disk, and manufactured by bending. Environmental pollution is prevented with manufacturing the spoon of paper.
