PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an indoor cover for a ventilating device, which is capable of easily increasing the resistance to condensation of the ventilating device for feeding air and capable of complementing a function owned by the ventilating device. SOLUTION: The ventilating device is provided with a main body 8, provided in an air duct 4 for communicating the inside of a room with the outside of the same with an air feeding fan 7 for sucking outdoor air to feed the same into the room, and a decorative panel 12, mounted at the indoor side of the main body 8 to cover the indoor side opening 9 of the air duct 4 and provided with an air sending port 14 for sending air by changing the direction of air stream from the air duct 4 into a substantially radial direction with respect to the air duct 4. A cap structure 13, capable of covering detachably the outside of the decorative panel 12 for the ventilating device excluding the air sending port 14, is constituted. |
