PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately report the occurrence of an event for which emergent measures are needed, such as the theft of a construction machine, not only to a server but also to predetermined communication devices owned by those relating to the construction machine, such as the owner and manager of the machine, servicepersons, and a leasing or rental company's persons in charge. SOLUTION: The construction machine 1 is provided with a control device 10 and a management center 2 is provided with one or plural terminals 40, a portable terminal 50, and the server 20 which constructs a communication network via the Internet 30. If a GPS detects that the construction machine 1 has moved out of its operating range, the server 20 determines that the construction machine 1 has been stolen and reports it to all the terminals 40 and all the portable terminals 50 constituting the communication network. |
