PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the covering work of a protection tube around the outer face of an outer cable made by covering the outer face of a spiral tube with a synthetic resin is difficult because the protection tube installed on the outer face of the outer cable for protecting an operation wire is conventionally made of a soft rubber tube. SOLUTION: The operation wire has the outer cable configured by covering the spiral tube with the synthetic resin, and an inner wire slidably inserted through the outer cable. The metal protection tube of an internal diameter slightly larger than an external diameter of the outer cable is fitted on the outer face of the outer cable, and the metal tube is bent to bulge a part of the metal tube to the inside. Thereby, the synthetic resin film is pressed from the outer face to prevent detachment.
