PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an operation of an instrument at a portion other than a front surface operation section of the instrument by leading out a signal line from the inside of a body of the instrument and connecting it to another operation section in the cooking instrument of a built-in type. SOLUTION: A cooking instrument of a built-in type is adapted such that a signal line 6 led out from the interior of a body of an instrument is connected with a second operation section 5 useable at a position other than a front surface operation section 4, whereby the operation of the instrument is ensured at a position other than the front surface operation section 4. Since the second operation section 5 is installed at a convenient position separately, a user can perform the operation without bending his waist and without folding his body in a natural attitude to result in convenience for cooking of a person of advanced age.
