PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seal member from deforming due to water pressure and causing the leakage of seal by assembling the seal member sealing a clearance between a fixed valve element made from a ceramic disc in a single lever type combination faucet and a lower portion of a valve case supporting the fixed valve element from a lower side in a compressing/deforming state, and to improve the assembling performance of the valve case. SOLUTION: In this single lever type combination faucet, a valve case 82 is composed by assembling an upper case body 84 and a bottom cover 86 separated from each other so as to keep specified play. A housing cap 54 is screwed in an upper part of a housing 40, and a valve unit 48 is fixed on a lower side bottom portion 46 by the screwing force with downward pressing movement on the basis of the play of the case body 84. Seal members 114, 115 having elasticity in the valve unit 48 are elastically compressed by pressing force at that time.
