PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking checking apparatus for detecting unlocking of a window, which is protected from detachment of a detecting radio-wave transmitting unit 30 fixed to a window frame by an invader by removing screws of the unit, to thereby prevent unlocking of the window and invasion into a building. SOLUTION: The detecting radio-wave transmitting unit 30 is comprised of a tamper switch 80 housed in a case 36 thereof. The tamper switch 80 has a needle 82 which is moved when pressed to the window frame. Therefore, when the detecting radio-wave transmitting unit 30 is detached from the window frame, the needle 82 is separated from the window frame and moved, and the detachment of the detecting radio-wave transmitting unit 30 is detected, which leads to transmission of a signal indicative of detachment to a transmitter 48.
