HARD COATING FILM HAVING PHOTOCATALYTIC FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coating film which has a photocatalytic function layer via an inorganic hard coating layer having excellent scuff resistance and weather resistance and suppressing occurrence of a curl on a base and which has a photocatalytic function suitable as outer surface laminating or the like of a window glass of particularly a multi-story building. SOLUTION: The hard coating film having the photocatalytic function comprises a primer layer and a hard coating layer made of metal oxide particles, a cured material of a silane compound and the photocatalytic function layer containing a titanium dioxide and a silica, sequentially laminated on one surface of a specific base.
