<p>PURPOSE: A method for producing metal melt by melting the reduced material in a melt-down gasifier after reducing a metal oxide contained material, particularly an iron oxide contained material in fluidized-bed reactors by fluidized-bed method is provided, and an installation for performing the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: In an installation for producing metal melt comprising a melt-down gasifier(10) that is designed for pressure exceeding the atmospheric pressure; at least one or more fluidized-bed reactors(1,2,3) that are designed for pressure exceeding the atmospheric pressure; a transportation means(9) that is between the fluidized-bed reactor(3) and the melt-down gasifier(10) to transport a reduced material from the fluidized-bed reactor(3) to the melt-down gasifier(10); and at least one or more gas connecting ducts(17) that are between the melt-down gasifier(10) and the fluidized-bed reactor(3) to introduce a reduction gas formed in the melt-down gasifier(10) into the fluidized-bed reactor(3), the installation for producing metal melt is characterized in that the fluidized-bed reactor(3) is arranged approximately at a level (N) corresponding to height of the melt-down gasifier(10), the transportation means(9) comprises a pipe(29) that is started from the fluidized-bed reactor(3) and projected over the melt-down gasifier(10), the pipe(29) is extended to an intermediate container(31) equipped with a deaerator(33), and sluice systems(34,38) are installed between the intermediate container(31) and a filling hole that is formed inside a dome(30) of the melt-down gasifier(10) so that the reduced material is charged into the filling hole.</p> |
