PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a transparent heat sensitive recording medium having excellent head matching properties, color developing density and preservability at the time of printing. SOLUTION: The transparent heat sensitive recording medium comprises a heat sensitive color developing layer containing a colorless or pale color developable compound and a developable compound for heating time color developing the color developable compound on a transparent support, and a radiation curable protective layer formed on the color developing layer. In this medium, the color developing layer contains a p-acetotoluidide in such a manner that a haze value is 60% or less. |
