<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment even in the state that attaching force to a roll is small and to enable stable continuous kneading. SOLUTION: A continuous 2-roll type kneading device is for manufacturing toner by kneading a material mixture by using two rolls. The roll 1 having a helical groove 4 on a surface is used for one of the two rolls and the roll 2 with a smooth surface is used for the other roll. Strong scratching function, stretching function and tearing function to a kneading object can be imparted to the roll having the helical groove to enable continuous kneading and a strong kneading function is imparted to the other roll by winding the kneading object 13 around. For the helical groove 4, by reducing a groove depth in the axial direction of a roller 2 or increasing a groove pitch, high kneading processing ability and strong kneading share are imparted corresponding to the advance of the kneading object 13.</p> |
