PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength varying mechanism for a tunable filter which has satisfactory wavelength accuracy which will not change due to the influence of external force and has high strength as the whole, and is small-sized and low-cost. SOLUTION: The wavelength varying mechanism varies the angle at which output light of a specific wavelength obtained by irradiating a grating 11 with input light is reflected by a reflection means 12, and this mechanism includes the grating 11 fixed to a body 1, an arm 2 which has one end connected to the body via a first joint part 5 and has the other end connected to a drive shaft driven by a driving means through a second joint part 6, the reflection means 12 fixed to the arm, and a third joint part 7 which connects a part of the body and a part of components of the driving means. |
