WATERPROOFING METHOD FOR OPPOSED END FACE OF BRIDGE GIRDER OR THE LIKE IN BRIDGE AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently execute a waterproofing on the opposed concrete end faces of a bridge girder and an abutment opposed at a slight opening. SOLUTION: A vertical mounting plate 2 in which a spray pipe 1 is installed on one side face under a horizontal state is inserted into an opening C between the bridge girder A and the abutment B, and the vertical mounting plate 2 is moved in the vertical direction and the longitudinal direction while the spray pipe 1 is supplied with a synthetic-resin liquid such as a urethane-resin liquid and a curing agent through a supply hose and a coating agent is manufactured by mixing both the synthetic-resin liquid and the curing agent. The coating agent is discharged from a nose nozzle 1a while compressed air is sprayed from an air exhaust nozzle from the side of the discharged coating agent, the coating agent is diffused and injected to the concrete end-face (a) and (b) sides and a spray coating is executed on concrete end faces.
