PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a steam vulcanization apparatus capable of dispensing with lapping to simplify a vulcanizing process and capable of shortening a work time. SOLUTION: A steam supply pipe 2 and a compressed air supply pipe 3 are connected to a hermetically closed vulcanizer 1 and spray nozzles 20 are attached in the vulcanizer 1 at the end part of the steam supply pipe 2. A pressure sensor 12 and adjustment valves 7 and 10 are connected through a pressure controller. The valve opening degrees of the adjustment valves 7 and 10 are regulated corresponding to the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 12. By supplying steam and compressed air into the vulcanizer 1 under predetermined pressure, vulcanization is performed at an arbitrary temperature under arbitrary pressure corresponding to the partial pressures of steam and compressed air. |
