PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a reinforced concrete building, in which much time for the execution of works is not required and which has high heat-insulation properties and high strength, can display high waterproofing performance and has an outside insulation. SOLUTION: A heat-insulation solid wire mesh 1 in which welded wire meshes 3 formed of flat steel are arranged on both surfaces of a tabular heat-insulating material 2 and the welded wire meshes 3 on the both surface sides, are unified with the heat-insulating material 2 by latticed wires 4 which penetrate the heat-insulating material 2 in the thickness direction is disposed so as to cover the exterior wall surface of the building; a mortar layer 10 is formed so as to bury the welded wire meshes 3 on the exterior wall surface side of the wire mesh 1; and the wire mesh 1 is used as a sheathing board on the exterior wall surface side of a skeleton section when concrete is placed to the skeleton section of the reinforced concrete building.
