PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broaching blade capable of efficiently forming a broached groove with high accuracy even when a work is formed of a material of high hardness such as a high tensile steel. SOLUTION: A broaching blade 10 comprises a rough broaching blade 1a with a broaching quantity (a) shallower than the predetermined depth (g), semi- finishing blades 1b and 1c of broaching quantity (b and c) substantially reaching the predetermined depth (g), permanent-finishing blades 1d and 1e of the predetermined depth, and a plurality of projecting blades 1a-1e which are arranged in series with the control dimension of blade tips with respect to a side surface of the work S different from each other step by step.
