PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device of a vibration isolation structure capable of preventing an upper structure from an unpleasant rolling by wind, at the same time, increasing flexibility of a setting position and being set in even a narrow space between the upper structure and the ground. SOLUTION: The fixing device 4 includes a slider 7 having an incline 6, a vertically movable engaging means 10 having an incline 8 coming into contact with the incline of the slider 7 in a slidable manner, an engaged section 12 provided to a detached house 2 side so as to enable it to engage with an engaging projection 9 of the engaging means 10 in a releasable manner, an engagement arising means 13 engaging the engaging projection 9 with the engaged section 12 and an engagement releasing means 14 for releasing the engagement to the engaged section of the engaging projection 9 of the engaging means 10.
