PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inflow of dew condensation water from sash frame smaller than a wall thickness or immersed water from the vicinity of a window or the like into a building frame and to drain water to the outside. SOLUTION: Same raised plate portions 2 are provided at both the right and left ends and at the rear portion of a water receiver, double-foldings 3 are provided at the right and left at the front fascia board 4, these are formed to one united body with an adequate material such as a plastic thereby forming a waterproof water receiver and a flashing body 5. In addition, a gutter-shaped water receiver 6 is provided to two sides of a rectangular fascia board and a hose 7 is provided at the lowest portion, and these are formed to one united body in the same manner and a gutter-shaped water receiver body 8 is created. A gutter-shaped water receiving body is located below a window sill 9, and waterproof water receiving flashing bodies 5 are respectively installed to the inner slope of columns 10 and 11 of building frame, outside of the outer slope of bottom frame of sash, top of the window sill, and below the bottom frame of the sash, and they are attached to the building frame with nails 12.
