PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure for mounting a resin cylindrical body to a resin fuel tank which can easily mount the cylindrical body to the fuel tank using a mechanical connecting means and can be constituted so that it has sufficient fuel gas low permeability. SOLUTION: An annular receiving member 57 is welded and fixed around an opening of the fuel tank 1. On the inner face of the annular receiving member 57, a locking claw 61 is provided so that it projects inward in the radial direction. It is so constituted that when an outward flange 17 of a mounting pipe 15 is fitted into the annular receiving member 57, the lock claw 61 is engaged covering the other side in the axial direction of the outward flange 17 so as to prevent movement of the outward flange 17 to the other side in the axial direction.
