PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum forming method capable of easily molding a part having a complicated shape at a low cost with high accuracy without using a rigid mold. SOLUTION: A soft silicone resin is cast in a retaining mold to be cured and the cured silicone resin is demolded from the retaining mold and a metal tube 4 is pushed in the suction part 11 of the formed mold 1 to form a suction hole 12. Thereafter, a venting body 2 is arranged on the side of the opening part 15 of a suction base 3 to place the mold 1 on the suction base 3 to fix the same. A material 5 to be molded is placed on the upper surface 8 of the mold 1 and heated to start vacuum suction.
